SPECTATORS

The under-23 Mediterranean Athletics Championships will be held on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 June at "Armando Picchi" stadium in Jesolo (Venice). The best under 23 athletes (born between 1996 and 2000) of the Mediterranean nations will attend.

There are 28 nations affiliated to the MAU (Mediterranean Athletics Union): besides Italy, there are Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Bosnia Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, France, Greece, Iceland, Israel, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Republic of Macedonia, Malta, Morocco, Monaco, Montenegro, Palestine, Portugal, San Marino, Serbia, Syria, Slovenia, Spain, Tunisia and Turkey.

About 400 athletes will participate in the two-days event, competing for 42 titles: 21 for men and the same for women.

How to get to the stadium

- By bus: Jesolo's bus station is in front of the Picchi stadium.

- by car:

From Milan or from the Brenner: from the A4 motorway, after the "Mestre" bypass, take the exit in "Tessera / Jesolo airport" direction and then take "Strada Provinciale Portegrandi Jesolo" and "Via Adriatico" in the direction of "Via Silvio Piola" in Jesolo.
From Mestre: take the "Noventa di Piave" exit and then take "Strada Provinciale Portegrandi Jesolo" and "Via Adriatico" in the direction of "Via Silvio Piola" in Jesolo.
From Tarvisio, Udine, Trieste: from the A4 motorway take the "Noventa di Piave" exit and then take "Strada Provinciale Portegrandi Jesolo" and "Via Adriatico" in the direction of "Via Silvio Piola" in Jesolo.

TV AND STREAMING - The U23 Mediterranean Championships in Jesolo (Venice), held on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th at the Picchi Stadium, will be LIVE STREAMED on Atletica TV, the official web tv of the Italian Athletics Federation, via www.atletica.tv.

The two-day event, whit athletes coming from 25 Mediterranean country, will be broadcast also on Rai Television on deferred coverage.
