All athletes, officials, EA family, guests and staff will stay in one location only:  the Chia Laguna Resort, offering to all participants a unique experience in one of the most beautiful places of the island.

Accommodation as well as all the other services and spaces required will be located inside the Chia Laguna Resort.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

EA will give a contribution to the cost of accommodation for athletes within the
EA quota (for a maximum of 3 days) in accordance with the EA Regulations;

- 4 (four) male and 4 (four) female athletes in the Junior category
- 4 (four) male and 4 (four) female athletes in the U23 category
- 4 (four) male and 4 (four) female athletes in the Senior category

The accommodation rates during the European Cross Country Championships will be as follows for all team members:

Group Price per/night
Athletes in quota (covered by EA) and in ratio officials & out of quota athletes single room: 90* EUR
twin room: 90 EUR
Out of ratio officials single room: 125 EUR
twin room: 100 EUR
Additional nights (outside of the 3 nights) for Athletes & Officials single room: 125 EUR
twin room: 100 EUR
* Each participating team shall be allocated a minimum number of single rooms equal to 10 per cent of the total number of athletes and in ratio team officials entered in the final entries at the price of a twin room. Additional single rooms can be requested and will be given according to availability. The price for additional single room is 125€.
